TITAAR REFUND, CANCELLATION, RETURNS & BOOKING POLICY
Titaar is a technology-enabled global marketplace operated by Bisyom Technology Limited (“Titaar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Titaar enables customers (“Buyers”) to discover, purchase, book, subscribe to, access and pay for products and services offered by creators, merchants, businesses, professionals, organizations, hotels, travel providers, service providers and other approved sellers (“Creators” or “Merchants”).
Because Titaar supports multiple marketplace categories, refund, cancellation, return and booking rules may differ depending on the product or service purchased.
This Policy establishes Titaar’s general framework for refunds, cancellations, returns, booking changes, failed fulfilment, disputes and payment reversals.
Where mandatory consumer, travel, hospitality, payment or other laws give a Buyer stronger rights than this Policy, those mandatory rights will apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying Merchant, hotel, airline, travel provider, service provider or other supplier remains responsible for delivering the purchased product or service.
Titaar may establish additional protections for Buyers and may intervene where necessary.
4. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES
A refund may be available where:
